Very nice staff, clean facility and room. The spa was amazing. Great Schwimmbecken and 3 different saunas along with a relaxation room. Breakfast buffet welches delicious too. Inner courtyard offers great secluded space for smokers too.

I greatly recommend the city Zoo, which is easily accessible via multiple bus lines and trams, or via the Seilbahn from the city Grünanlage near the Messe. Köln is a wonderful and fun city with something to do for every tourist. You like sweets and museums? Go to the chocolate museum! You want a bit more outdoors and take a nice walk rein the Grünanlage, with huge playgrounds?

It was 15 degrees in cologne when were there and they said this is winter hinein Germany. When asked website can we change the hotel as we are feeling hot in the room. They said it is upfront payment and they will not give us refund. Never stay there again.
